Marsa Maroc : ウィキペディア英語版
MarsaMaroc

Marsa Maroc is the main operator of ports in Morocco. Its legal status is a ''Société Anonyme'' (Plc.) with an Executive board chaired byMohammed Abdeljalil and a Supervisory board chaired by the minister of Equipment and Transport. The official company name is ''Société d'Exploitation des Ports'' while Marsa Maroc is its trading name.
==History==
The company was formed in December 2006 as part of law 15/02 which handles a reform of the Moroccan ports. Prior to forming MarsaMaroc the state company ODEP was responsible for the management of the ports, but by introducing the new setup there is a 'Agence National' that regulates the industry and Société d'Exploitation des Ports handles the commercial (daily) exploitation of the ports.
In 2007 the trade-name Marsa Maroc was introduced. In 2007 and 2008 the company created its business and strategic plans for the future. These plans are called CAP15. These plans are based on establishing container terminals in Moroccan ports and to set up strategic partnerships in loose bulk and oil industries.
In 2009 an important step was made to follow up the CAP15 plans. In June 2009 is signed a 30-year concession between Marsa Maroc and TMSA in regards to Container Terminal 4 in the (new) port of Tanger Med. Under the agreement Marsa Maroc commits itself to implementing all the superstructures and equipment necessary to operate the terminal. CT4 will provide a 2,250,000 TEU multi-user terminal with 1200-meter quays with a water depth of 16 meters.
Also in 2009 another 'post-reform' milestone was reached in the Port of Casablanca.
On 29 March 2010, the King, Mohammed VI, started the construction of a terminal for processing and storing cars. This development, which involves an investment of 168 million Dirhams, will create a 75,000 m2 covered area capable of handling 5000 units.
On 22 December 2011, the King inaugurated the new port Jorf Lasfar on the Atlantic coast, south of El Jadida. This deep-water commercial port.
